…when you’re having fun.

I’m rather ashamed there’s been no blog activity for so long, being the grump I am I even had to put an end to comedy Friday posts as I didn’t want the blog to just become an output for our weird sense of humour.

It’s been a very busy time for Insight, the new year starting better than we could have expected – hence blinking to find a quarter of it gone. So what have we been upto? Well, the usual web designing, building, maintaining and refreshing. Then there’s the Facebook apps and even a foray into some bespoke coding for an eBay shop. I’ve met lots of new people and lots of new and exciting projects are underway. There’s a real sense of excitement at the next chapter for Insight, and some big changes will be happening soon. Happily only changes that will mean better service for our clients and the chance to spread our message to a wider audience. More on that very soon.

Well? Is it? Please say it is.

I hope everybody had a lovely holiday period and can still remember it, even if only vaguely.

Sorry we’ve been so quiet since the new year began, it really has started brilliantly for us. A whole host of great projects to make use of our extra new year motivation. From AGAs to windproof baselayers, graphic designers to large format printers we’ve done some great work with some great people already this year. We’ve even snuck in the builds of social media and SEO microsites (there is no reason why I haven’t included these two in with the great people – honest).

For the celebrity, sport and media types among our followers, of which I’m sure there are many,  I’d like to introduce Choix, ”a unique concept that brings together a number of specialist, ‘best in class’ organisations to handle each client’s bespoke business and lifestyle requirements.”

Wow, not long to Christmas and the food and drink that that brings with it!

We have had another busy week here at Insight. A lot of amends and finishing up bits and pieces in order to get a couple of our larger jobs live in time for December.

As it is December, no doubt many of you are gearing up for works parties and us here at Insight are no different. I am heading up to HQ next week so i am sure we will get out for some downtime in amongst the pile of stuff we have scheduled in!

You may have noticed, our resident web-genius has been quiet for the last few weeks, Work demands and all but keep them peeled for his next technical “insight” very soon.

Which brings us to the fact that it is Friday and in celebration of Lola the Insight cat being brave at the vets today, have some animal humour…………….

Its been a busy week here at Insight. Work coming out of our ears and lots due this week.

So we have been in the chair pretty much non-stop but thankfully, it appears, we may just get it all done.

Its been a steep learning curve this week personally. So much still to learn but its coming along, albeit a little slower than i would prefer but that’s just time and practice. The big site for this week was a good one as it included a lot of design and build functions that i hadn’t seen before. Nothing like a deadline to hone your skills quicker than normal!
